All services are subject to these Terms and any additional agreements signed between myself (Carpdigital) and the client.

4. Client Access
Access to client materials, documentation, and deliverables is provided via secure, private portals (e.g., Notion) following a signed agreement. Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their portal access and any information shared within.

My Privacy Policy governs how I collect, use, and disclose your information. By using my services, you also agree to the terms of my Privacy Policy.

9. Collaboration and Subcontracting
While I remain the primary point of contact and responsible party for all client engagements, I may involve trusted AI technical developers or subcontractors to support delivery. Any such collaboration will be managed by me, and clients will be informed where relevant.

I reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to my services at my sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct I deem harmful or unlawful.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. AI Output Disclaimer
You understand that the AI systems developed or deployed by Carpdigital generate outputs based on input data, models, and system behaviour.
15. Fulfillment Policy
All services are delivered remotely, with onboarding and deliverables provided through secure portals or other agreed-upon methods. Refunds are issued only in cases where I fail to deliver agreed-upon services as specified in the signed agreement.
